With advance notice, we can take care of essentially any dietary restriction. We consider it an opportunity for deliciousness and superb service. For any guests with severe allergies that could create a medical emergency, we ask that you connect us directly to the guest to discuss best practices.

Timeline Delays

If the timeline is delayed 30min or less, no special actions should be taken
If the timeline is delayed more than 35min, the dinner service experience should be prioritized (Action: proceed as planned without condensing courses or service)
If the timeline is delayed more than 35min, the amount of time allotted to our post dinner plans for Dancing/DJ/Band should be prioritized (Action: clear during toasts and/or deliver any courses concurrently if possible)
