  • GB Culinary | Boutique Caterer & Farm attracts staff looking to blend or specialize their experience with offsite event service & logistics, cheffy execution techniques, and menus developed within a specific network of farms. Whether front of house or back of house, opportunities can be personalized and are paid.

    Required

    - Ability to regularly work in the Denver Metro/Greater Boulder locale

    - Ability to work weekends

    - Professional and warm interpersonal skills

    - Interest in developing new skills

    - Punctual arrival

    Desired

    - Hospitality Industry experience

    - Interest in ancillary training through GB Culinary enrichment opportunities

    - Current Colorado TIPS certification (for serving or handling alcohol)

    - Interest in traveling to destination events 2-5 hours outside Denver/Boulder

    Hours & Compensation

    - General Schedule: Weekends (with weekday opportunities on a case by case basis)

    - $25/Hr (some destination events also include per diems and/or mileage allowances)
