Dialing Pars, Pairings & Details

In proceeding to the form below, the preferences you share will enable us to return exciting considerations for your bar order from the very first quote. In preamble, we’d like to share a bit of insight as to how we quantify your replies.

  • A rule of thumb is that guests will enjoy 2 drinks during Cocktail Hour, and then up to 1 drink per hour. Some will tend much lighter, of course.

  • Champagne for toasting should initially be counted outside of the above rule of thumb as well as any other drink served at once to all guests (ie, a welcome cocktail before the Ceremony).

  • Inclement weather or other delays can put a dent in your bar inventory if service is offered as a hospitable distraction while guests tarry.

    • This is one reason it's good to have a comfortable overage and to choose a liquor vendor that accepts returns of unopened product. Some vendors allow returns free of charge or whereas others apply a reasonable restocking fee.

  • Other logistics: It is important that your alcohol and ice arrive to your venue in a timely manner and that your inventory can be stored in a cool, secure location known and accessible to the catering/bar staff. We will help coordinate such delivery details within your venue’s policies.
