At GB Culinary & Peachtree Farmstead, our number one priority is the health and well-being of our team, our loyal clients and our wider community near and far. In response to the growing COVID-19 concerns, we want to assure you we are taking proactive steps to mitigate the spread of the virus.

In an abundance of caution, we are elevating our food safety and hygiene procedures over and above what is already required in the kitchen. Our office staff has been empowered to work from home as we continue our commitment to them while maintaining service and communication with all our clients and partners.

While an immediate response to the current outbreaks might be to cancel everything and shut all doors to the outside, it is important to remember we will prevail together. I encourage you to communicate your concerns with us so we can help to reschedule your tastings, meetings, and events to create your perfect event on a new timeline. We encourage you to lean on us during this difficult and confusing time – after all, that's why we're here, and we know your partnering vendors agree. We feel fortunate to be part of so many unique and inspiring milestones, and we remain committed to assisting you in whatever way we can.

It is important that outside of GB Culinary we continue to support our local businesses, farmers, purveyors and companies across so many industries so that this pandemic can take as small a toll on our local community as possible. When health returns, if we find that both groups and individuals have lost their meaningful work, too many regrets will be mixed into resuming daily life.

Grow, cook, and serve along with your community. We are all in this together and will come out the other side together. Please be safe and consider your fellow humans, as we all have much to learn and much to hold onto. We will continue to update you with our own positive steps.
